All in stock items will ship 3-5 business days after being ordered. Shipping costs are based on the USPS postage fees, as well as shipping materials and handling.

Any custom dyed orders will ship in 7-14 days.  I dye in small batches to ensure that your dye-lots will match.  Shipping costs are based on the USPS postage fees, as well as shipping materials and handling.

International orders are welcome and you will be provided with an International Tracking #.  Please be aware that once it leaves the US, not all countries track our tracking numbers.  Shipping costs are based on the USPS postage fees, as well as shipping materials and handling.

Please note that shipping cost DOES NOT include insurance coverage.

Please note that The Woolen Rabbit will not be held liable if the item is lost or damaged, once it has been shipped.  All orders are provided with a tracking number and I always get a receipt from the Post Office to be sure that the tracking numbers match the items.
